Your profile
Training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or comparable in-depth IT training or professional experience.
In addition to knowledge of common client and server operating systems, experience with AWS, Docker and Microsoft 365 is also needed
Experience in supporting web and desktop applications
You have good general technical knowledge
Support knowledge in the area of enterprise systems (e-commerce, enterprise resource planning, PLM, CRM, …) is an advantage
Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
Independent, reliable and customer-oriented way of working
Ability to work in a team, flexibility, strong communication skills
High, continuous willingness to learn
Your tasks
First and second level support with focus on our own software applications on premise and in cloud environments
Active cooperation and support with internal IT topics at Bertsch Innovation
Acceptance and pre-qualification of telephone and written support requests regarding application and infrastructure topics
Recording and documentation of tickets in the service desk system
Analysis, prioritization and processing of tickets, if necessary forwarding to the appropriate department
Follow-up of ticket processing within the organization
Coordination with external service providers and other IT departments
Supporting the specialist departments with projects, maintenance work, tests, documentation as well as training courses
As the first point of contact, you receive and document inquiries, malfunctions and problems
You handle technical and application-specific questions
You carry out problem identification, error analysis and problem solving by e-mail or on the phone
You ensure the documentation and preparation of new solutions
If necessary, you take over on-call duties
